THE SUN IS SETTING ON THE OLD WAYS….

Ahh my gosh! Who else is feeling it??

The current energies are INTENSE!!

One minute smashed with a wave of tiredness so heavy that I could fall asleep on my feet…….

5 minutes later, LOVE and GRATITUDE so huge I want to cry!

Regular meals feel like a brick in my stomach, even fruit!!!

It’s as if digestion takes way too much energy right now…

I’m thriving on juice and miniscule meals

Hot drinks are exhausting…. cool drinks energize!

It would be easy to consider menopause revisited… waking up drenched in sweat many nights.

There’s a need for more sleep

Niggly little cough or throat clearing

Feeling of vibrations/ buzzing through my body…

Aghhhhhhhhhh….

As an empath… I’m feeling it all!

As an empath… feeling energy is what I do!

When I delve into a healing session with another, I literally feel what’s going on with them in my own body! I am deeply affected by the energy of the earth/planets, and the energies of other humans!

Does this resonate? Do you find yourself easily energized or drained around others? If yes, you are probably empathic also.

In this case, it would be so easy right now to consider there was something seriously wrong with you! But please relax… just take yourself away from everyone and everything, especially technology… for even just one day! Get into the sun, the ocean, the forest…. nature will balance and heal you!

WE ARE ASCENDING!

I am absolutely convinced!

EVERYTHING IS ENERGY vibrating at different resonances. The more solid an object the slower the vibration, the less solid an object, the faster the vibration…..Our ‘frequency’ is speeding up. Our bodies are becoming lighter energetically… and we are feeling this incredible change.

We can accept it and assist the process, or we can fight against it, drawing sickness and suffering to us… It’s really as simple as that!

It is a NON-NEGOTIABLE time of cleansing…. it is absolutely imperative to detoxify body, mind and spirit, especially for those that have never ventured down this path before!

We must let go of the old belief system based on indoctrination and misperception! It DOES NOT resonate any longer!

Holding on to that shite is surely going to make you sick!

The Earth’s energies right now are assisting us to let go in ways that I have never seen before. Belief systems dissolving in an instant… new belief systems taking foothold immediately! It is truly magical!

Be careful what you say and what you think… every word and thought is energy attracting to you in every single moment!!!

Like never before, you are in the ‘Driver’s Seat’ of your life.

You are the Divine Powerful Creator that you have always been… but right now… and every day moving forward, you are on steroids baby!!

Around 20 years ago, I had a session with a ‘healer’. She said to me… “Hmmmm, do you like to control everything?”

I was so proud of myself when I answered “Yes, absolutely, I control every aspect of my life!”

She giggled and replied…. “ahha, that makes sense now… I’m shown a picture of you standing there with the word ONTROL, and the Angels above holding the letter C, saying “You are never going to have control”.

I was so shocked, it really put my nose out of joint for a while…

Years later, I understood…

We don’t need to control anything! In fact… our FEAR based need to control will only block the flow!

So, we have a choice right now…

Let go and surrender to what your body and soul are communicating to you OR be dragged along kicking and screaming!

Ahhhh, bring on New Earth… what an incredible time to be alive!

Finally, after a few years just ‘playing around’, I am so ready to step back on the ‘Healing’ path. 2026 I will begin facilitating more retreats and workshops… stay tuned if this resonates
