Healthy Raw Dark Chocolate

FOR WHEN THE WHORES ARE MOANING (HORMONES) AND YOU NEED CHOCOLATE NOW!!!!

Ingredients

1 cup walnuts left whole (you can use any nuts, leave whole or chop them)

¼ cup chia seeds

⅛ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup coarsely shredded coconut

½ cup crunchy peanut butter (or any organic nut butter)

½ cup coconut oil - liquid

2 heaped tablespoons honey

¾ - 1 cup cocao

Directions

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and stir well.

STEP 2

Line a tray with baking paper and spread the chocolate mixture over the top.

STEP 3

You can play with this recipe – take out the seeds and coconut if you want a plain nut chocolate; lessen the cocao if this is too dark for you; add 2 or 3 drops of pure peppermint or orange oil; add raisins; you can even add a tine bit of blended chilly – just play and make it perfect for you.
