Hello beautiful lady... How are you? It's taken me much longer than I intended to write this email, but I just want to really thank you for holding space through the Rainbow Bridge fast. I had such a beautiful experience with it and I have to say, knowing you were there holding the container really made such an impact for me. I am super proud of how well I managed it and it has given me a real confidence boost. Your meditations were a beautiful support and I found I was watching them mid-afternoon, which really grounded me to get through the busy afternoon tea/ dinner period with my loves. My only disappointment was that I didn't continue past the 7 days, because I was feeling so good - my bloating went down, my tummy was happy, my mind was sharper and clearer and over-all I was feeling a buoyancy and happiness that I hadn't had for a while. My energies surprised me too and I was really able to check in with myself and utilise my energy more proactively when I felt it and rest when I was called to also. I'm getting ready for another one. Anyway, I just wanted to touch base and say that once again, you have brought more magick into my life through your beautiful facilitation and love. Thank you deeply. After my emotional healing session… Shifts have been huge and - as you are used to - quite miraculous. I can feel the stagnant energy has gone out of my left boob and armpit to the right side. From there it cleared and went into my jaw and is being released at the moment through movement and a horrid headache. It has been a journey, but I know my body is doing exactly the right thing. Dear Lynnie Thank you so much for your amazing support during the rainbow bridge. I’ve done two water fasts in the past and always struggled at day 3. I’ve also been told a have a blockage at the solar plexus. Today I feel amazing…cravings gone. And I am a massive foodie, even though I’m gluten free vegan for health. I have still been watching the sbs food shows and feel great! I just love food and healing. I think the enemas have played a huge part too. Thank you again for your support and encouragement. Dear Lynnie Thank you so much for the experience of juice fasting. I did seem to get through it quite well for which I am grateful. My intention was to water fast on the Sunday but family came for lunch at late notice, so I chose to have smoothie instead. Fruit salad and vegie salad on Monday and continued with fruit salad and some vegetable soup on other days, plus grapefruit. You have a powerful gentle presence, with a beautiful blend of tenderness, fierceness and playfulness. With your experience and wisdom you bring, you create a lovely safe place to share our stories and concerns and talk all things poop!
I was very anxious about participating in Lyn’s Chakra Detox but Lyn put my mind at rest after I expressed my concerns. During the detox, Lyn was always available for questions and very promptly replied to any emails or Whats App messages. I didn’t feel alone in my journey which gave me the confidence to continue and complete the 7 days. I have felt amazing throughout and to my surprise, full of energy. Lyn helped make the process easier by supplying juice and smoothie combinations. The Zoom meetings were very helpful and a great platform for expressing concerns, asking questions and discussing poop in depth . Each day we would get a recorded meditation to assist with clearing the chakras. =Prior to starting I was getting a severe rash over my body every morning. That is not happening anymore. I lost my sense of smell a number of years ago. I was so surprised when I started smelling things I haven’t been able to smell for 5 years. It is a definite improvement. I didn’t do the detox for weight loss but added bonus is I have lost 4.5kg. I am feeling so great I have continued beyond the 7 days with a water fast followed by another juice day. Lyn has given us advice on how to break the fast. This lady truly cares and has scheduled another Zoom meeting a week after we have finished, so we can ask any questions on integration. I had an emotional healing during the week and I would highly recommend it just as I would highly recommend doing this detox. I would not hesitate in doing it again.
I’m really happy with the 7-day fasting course. Zoom videos and WhatsApp group support helped navigate through the week. I personally did the smoothie fast (2-3 smoothies per day). The most significant results/chances I noticed were improved sleep (during and after the fast) as well as increased energy and focus especially after the fasting week. I’ve also dropped coffee, and replaced it with green tea, Yerba mate, guarana based drinks after the fast (except for a couple of cups of decaf to satisfy occasional coffee cravings). It has been great! Before this fasting journey, I had done water fasts in the past, from one up to five days. Compared to water fast, the smoothie fast was relatively easier to follow through (since one gets to “eat” smoothies after all..). Nevertheless, I felt pretty much the same benefits during and after the smoothie fast compared to water fast. I think the daily enema contributed significantly to the benefits of the smoothie fast. I can certainly recommend the 7-day Rainbow Bridge fast to anyone looking to experience and gain the cleaning & healing & energising effects of fasting but wants to do an easier alternative to strict water fast plus wants to have the support of Lyn & the group available during the journey! I found Lynnie through a friend who said she was wonderful and she is right! I joined Lynnie’s Rainbow Bridge 7 day fast in November, after attempting several 3 day water fasts previously. With Lynnie’s encouragement and support via zoom and messenger with a group of people, I completed the 7 days fasting and enemas with much needed love and guidance. No question was off the table.
