Things are a changing… I can FEEL it. People are awakening to the truth of who they really are, the amazing powerful, self healing, self creating, divine beings that we all are.

Awakening to the lies we have been brainwashed with for the past goodness knows how long, lies that have kept us small, kept us controlled, doing what we are told without choice. The time has come to change all of that. I say challenge everything you have ever been told or taught… go deeper, feel into your body and ask the question, “does this FEEL like my truth” and if the answers no, then trust your body, don’t let fear and past programming keep you in those patterns you’ve been playing out. Your body will tell you the truth, the mind will tell you as many bullshit stories as you allow it to! Who makes the rules anyway, who says they know what’s best for us??!

Open your minds to the possibility that maybe those people you have been putting up on pedestals don’t have all the answers, in fact maybe they don’t have a clue! Maybe YOU already know all the answers and you just need to remember them?!! Did you know that you are born with 20 million kilometers of DNA tubing, 10 000 trillion cells which are records of the lives of your ancestors.

This is your life, you didn’t take this physical form to be unhappy, to struggle, to spend your life sick and tired… you took this form to evolve, to be the best you can possibly be. I heard a spiritual teacher say once…. “no one ever inspired someone else by being less than, by staying small” and this is so true. BE the truth, be the best version of you and others around you will be inspired, encouraged and empowered to make changes to their lives also.

Start creating the life you desire today! Monitor your thoughts, let go of negativity and replace with gratitude, forgive everyone and everything- they are all doing the best they can with the resources they have, know that you can manifest anything you desire if you get rid of the past programming that says you don’t deserve, you are not good enough. Start doing affirmations to affirm today “I am a powerful creator, I can manifest anything I desire, I deserve a life filled with love, happiness and abundance of every kind ”
